In the latest Star Trek novel released by Pocket Books ("Ishmael" by Barbara
Hambly), there is a reference that suggests the coexistance of the Trek and
the Who Universes.  On page 200, Kirk says . . .

"There are legends of a civilization out in the galaxy of Kasteroborous that
mastered time travel, and promptly stagnated because they never dared to do
anything again."

Kasteroborous, as the true Who-fan should know, is the constellation in which
Gallifrey is located . . .
