We've seen a discussion or two on an ST/Dr. Who crossover, but...

Have you ever wondered what would happen if "Star Trek" met 
"Here Come the Brides?"

To find out, join a mind-sifted Spock in 1860s Seattle in the 
latest ST book, "Ishmael" by Barbara Hambly.  It's really not 
too bad as these books go (better, I think, than the last couple), 
although the plot is a ripoff of a short story in Star Trek: The 
New Voyages (I or II).  Perhaps it was by the same author?
