Santa Barbara Lines: 7 Last summer I went to Europe and spend lots of time in Southern France and Scandinavia. At all the beaches, and for that matter swimming pools, toplessness was the norm. (I've often wondered why feminists don't make a bigger deal about this obvious area of discrimination here in the USA.) Anyway, I wonder which other areas in the world also accept toplessness the way it is accepted in Europe.
