Topless bathing does not seem to be commonly accepted in any South American
countries, not even Brasil, where one finds on the beaches the most remarkable
(ahem) bathing suits (not to mention rather remarkable occupants of those suits)
that I have yet to see in my life. A wonderful nation, Brasil.
