Lots of violence in that one... the Doctor actually knocks someone out, accidentally feeds someone into a sort of meat-grinder/composter, and the monster in this episode is taken out by an air strike! I didn't find the Doctor in this episode ANYTHING like the Doctor as shown in the other episodes last season.
