You've got to be kidding! Have you ever had a serious problem yet? I had a couple of questions on an RA81 driver (which DEC wrote!) and they couldn't answer anything. They couldn't even find someone who could. They were even useless on installation instructions (this was before I realized how much Ultrix is 4.2). Sheesh!
