While cleaning up the news directories on our host, I came upon a shell
extraction script which extracted files pertaining to tarmail, a
facility to send binary files via mail.

The makefile unpacked refers to a man page for tarmail, but none
appeared after unpacking.  If anyone has this manual page, could you
mail me a copy?
