The newsgroup mod.politics is hereby created.  I shall be the
moderator.  I stand by my previous postings about my moderation
techniques, authors of articles not accepted will be told why,
the only reasons I shall reject articles will be to prevent
duplication, to prevent libel, and to prevent the propagation
of attrocious grammar and spelling (If it is worse than mine,
it can't be English.)

I now call for articles to be submitted to me for approval.

I shall be on holiday from to-morrow (17 May) to 30 May, and
will post the first real article after that.

I will attempt (as disk space allows) to keep an archive of past
articles.
