Jenkins" We have produced a nice little utility for displaying and plotting timing diagrams from the output of the RNL timing simulator. The thing works by parsing the RNL standard output looking for all node transition reports, amd then producing a CAESAR file which displays the info in labeled plots. Its easy to look at the diagrams with CAESAR, zooming and scrolling and such, and if you want a hard copy you can just make a .cif file and do a cif plot. The cif plots work out very nicely with up to 35 channels or so able to be displayed in a single plot. For reasonable length runs the plots are anywhere from 1 to 10 ft. long. Info on choosing the cifplot scale and window is included in the .doc file. If you would like a copy contact: Robert E. Jenkins Johns Hopkins Univ Net Address: JENKS@HOPKINS-EECS-BRAVO (301) 338-7518
