I am in the process of converting our Berkeley Versatec fonts to RST format
for use with ditroff and an Imagen 8/300.  The "vertorst" program works fine
in converting the Versatec raster files to rst. But I don't have any character
map tables so that "genwidth" can make me some width tables. 

So...

Does anyone have a program that does this?  Am I doing something fundamentally
wrong?  Please point me in the right direction.
