Now running a new /unix with the Tilson/Collyer "memory disk" driver.
This shows up as a new small filesystem, /md, whose first thousand or
so blocks are very fast.  Some experimenting is in order as to what
things should go on there; nroff/troff temporaries are a major possibility.
Pipes will also go on there soon.
