Does anyone know of a commercially available A/D converter module that would
be suitable for use in a 12-bit, ~25KHz multi-channel analyzer application?
Very high differential linearity is required, so the typical successive
approximation conversion technique is inadequate.  Usually a Wilkinson-type
converter is used, although I've heard that some sort of "dithering" technique
with successive approximation might work.  Thanks.
