The primary one of these that I know of is Tucker Electronics Co. (PO Box 461060, Garland, TX 75046 -- 800-527-4642* or (214) 348-8800). I've seen Singer spectrum analyzers and RFI/EMI gear in their catalogs; they might carry extra sets of manuals or be willing to Xerox some for less than the originating company would charge. Even if they don't have the manuals, they put out a catalog with all sorts of neato stuff in it; I've always wanted to DX with some of those $30,000 surveillance and RFI/EMI test receivers and spectrum analyzers....
