Now that Maryland intends to set up rolling roadblcks, I am interested in
seeing how long they will keep them up. I can envisage increased traffic
problems, as the speed is brought down, and thus the volume of traffic which
the respective roads can handle will be decreased. Ergo: traffic delays during
rush hour will be increased, more jams, etc.
