	Hey, dip-stick, then why do their uniforms and
cars say STATE POLICE? They are the police for the state.
You even called them "staties" yourself. Don't worry about names
though: Compared to local hick police departments, state cops are
better trained and much more professional. It's a waste of good
talent to play the radar/roadblock/etc. game.
