WRT the roadblocks in MD and the Feds witholding hiway money from fast states:

Not so...  The Federal Government does not have the RIGHT to do so, but
it has the POWER to do so.  There is an important distinction here.
There have no court cases to challenge the Fesd on this one, and none
are likely.  In its current collectivist, anti-states-rights incarnation,
the Supreme Couret would most likely affirm the right of the Government to
do stupid things in the name of Noble Causes.

Didn't We Fight A Revolution About This Kind Of Nonsense Once Before?
