Don't flame off at the staties.  Someone thinks they should be
out catching crooks.  Take a look at their title, "HIGHWAY
Patrol".  They patrol the highways.  If they are asked to
become a rolling roadblock, so be it.  It's their job.
If the yuppie twits don't like it, don't go to Maryland.
