[System V, Release 2 on a VAX-11/780]
	there appears to be a hard-coded limit of 20 lines in UUCP's opinion
of what is right and proper for USERFILE.  anyone know if there is a reason
for this?  can I change it?  if so, anyone know where?  i have examined the
code for chkpth.c and others and have not found the spot (although i suspect
NSYS in uucp.c).
