We were told that delivery usually took 4-6 weeks, but that they were running a lot closer to 6 weeks at the time, and that since 6 weeks from then was right in the Christmas mail rush, it might be more like 8 weeks. So we signed the addendum to the sales contract which read, "Delivery Delay Accepted". If you check your calendar, you'll see that it has been over 7 *months*. After 3 months, we received a partial shipment (approx 15% of the original order). Since then we've gotten a number of form letters which give different explanations for the delay, and now they are saying that the situation should be straightened out within the next 6 months (!!!). The bill arrived on our MasterCard, and was paid for, back in November. At a considerably worse exchange rate than now. We have lost all patience, but know of nothing we can do. -- Doug Pardee -- Terak Corp. -- !{ihnp4,seismo,decvax}!noao!terak!doug ^^^^^--- soon to be CalComp
