However most buyers of these three wheels assume to much. They often refuse to wear a helmet, drive dangerously fast and see it as nothing more than a motorized tricycle. The CPA is reacting rather than acting on this situation. Before I finished school I worked 2 years in a Hospital ER and we saw MANY related injuries (i.e. brain death, paralysis) due to these TRIKES. Some one has got to take a stance any educate the public on the use/abuse of recreational vehicles (4,3,2 wheel). I have driven 3 wheels and there are some marked differences in handling characteristics and are less (not much) forgiving than a motorcycle.
