I am looking for info on connecting to a site in England
via tcp/ip and >= 9600 modems/interfaces.  One site is a
VAX and the other a PDP-11 or LSI-11 both running unix.

Has anyone done this or have any guiding info?

I am obviously interested in high speed modem compatibility
issues and getting the data in and out of the machines....

Vendor references?
