So this means that I can drive like an asshole, cutting people off, left and
right, just so long as I don't kill myself?  It seems as though a lot of
people already do drive this way, and it is detestable!  (I bet you are one of
those guys I originally flamed who changes lanes without signalling!) And what
about the guy I got behind last night who had no break lights?  I was at a
safe distance, but he stopped short, and I almost didn't notice.  Whose fault
is THAT?  I was driving safely!

Of course it is a risk, but why do some of these jackasses have to make it
worse than it already is???  And I want to be told I can't drive well enough
anymore when I can't.  Not one day later.  I don't think retesting is such a 
bad idea, but only if they can find a way that is more efficient than the way
they have car inspections (i.e. long lines, days of waiting, etc.)
