	Well, the Ohio Senate has passed a seat-belt law, which is
expected to be approved by the Ohio House shortly.

FLAME!!!!!

	A bigger wimp out you have never seen!  The law not only
provides for a small fine ($15 I believe), but the police are NOT
going to be allowed to stop you for violating the seat-belt law! 
The only way you will ever get a ticket for it is if you are stopped
for some other violation!!

	Well, at least in Ohio, the Ray-gun administration got what
they wanted.  A watered-down, unenforceable law (virtually a
non-law) just to prevent auto makers from having to install passive
restraints.

	For an administration that wants the federal govt. out of
state affairs they sure use highway funds as a big club.
