Next time the girl does it, walk over and grab her cigarrette and crush it out. This girl sounds like she has got an attitude problem (what we got here is a failure to communicate). I smoke and am trying to quit. If somebody asks me not to smoke I either extinguish the cigarette, or go outside to finish it. I don't tell anybody to shove it over something as simple as smoking.
