	I heard on my local news yesterday that somebody with the statistics
to know, had stated that if 50% of the people in Kentucky wore their
seatbelts, $51 Million a year could be saved in insurance/medical costs etc...

	51 MILLION DOLLARS in one state! All saved by an act that last
a few seconds.
