Texas, Astronomy, Austin, TX Lines: 27 I hope the government does make smoking illegal. I hope they start spraying tobacco plants with paraquat, the way the Mexicans did with their marijuana. Why?? So that those damn cancer sticks can kill you off at an even faster rate than they are already. And so those who are inconsiderately forced to breathe your second hand smoke can breathe a sigh of relief as you are dragged off, coughing and wheezing, to the hospital. What a very nice flame I just received. I have decided to make this letter public (yet keeping it anonymous) just so we all can see the new prohibitionist movement starting up. I stated in my second note that I don't smoke in public. I also responded to another letter that I don't smoke in friend's houses unless it was OK to do so. This person would like to kill off anyone and everyone who smokes regardless of when, where, and how they smoked. And even if the tobacco plants were sprayed with paraquat like marijuana was, we will probably continue to smoke and at the same time take the US government to court. Paraquat did not prevent us from smoking grass, it will not prevent us smoking tobacco. And to the person who didn't like my language: FOAD, please. -- uucp: {ut-sally,ut-ngp,noao,charm}!utastro!pso arpa: pso@ut-ngp or pso@ut-sally
