	Give me a break!  And so they did.  The SanDeigo Police department
gave me a ticket for not turnning my tires into the curb on a hill.  When
did this become a law?  I'm not going to vote for a*sholes that sit on
there a*s and think of ways to make money off of anything they can sneak
in under our noses.  The law says you must have an operating emergency
brake.  And so I have.  Just like this seat belt rule they tried to pass.
