Lines: 16 Keywords: gophers,garden The following suggestions for getting rid of gophers is taken from some info distributed by Common Ground of Palo Alto: It seems that gophers do not like strong odors(poor things). Putting something offensive down their holes seems to encourage them to seek another home. Suggestions include sardines,rag soaked in strong chemical like gasoline, or male human urine. Also, some plants are posionous to gophers. I believe daffodils are one such plant. There is also a plant called gopher plant(I think it might be called Euphorbia but am not sure). I think gopher plant is toxic to people. I think you also might contemplate purchasing a gopher snake. Mike Ekberg
