Is there a secret to succesfully mailing to addresses on the ARPA net?
I've tried several messages several times, and gave up after they kept
bouncing back.  I think one actually got through, but I don't know why.
It would seem that it is important to get the upper/lower case of the
address correct, but I check it carefully and still no luck.  I usually
try something of the form:

	trwrb!.....!abcd@Efghij.ARPA
