	RESIDENTS TAKE MICROWAVE FIGHT TO STATEHOUSE,
	Daily Record, May 9, p. B1. A dozen members of
	Citizens Against the Towers brought their fight
	against microwave installations in Vernon
	Township to the N.J. statehouse Tuesday.  The
	group cited unusually high incidences of
	cancer, miscarriages, Down's syndrome and other
	birth defects, although a 1983 study by the
	state Department of Health found no evidence of
	health hazards.  AT&T-T, RCA, and American
	Satellite have built microwave towers in the
	Vernon Township area.
