Gen. Hosp. - Dept. Biomed. Engineering Lines: 9 Does anyone have any good or bad comments concerning the Regency HX-1000 pocket scanner? At last, it seems like the chassis voltage of this set is actually set up for use with a NiCad pack (Many other pocket scanners and tape recorders are set up for carbon-zinc cells. You know the problem....When you go to use NiCads you start with a volt or two less from a fresh pack using the same number of cells). Thanks for any comments before I buy.
