Until a better newsgroup is found, or created, I think that the
discussion on jobs for non-US citizens should go on in net.jobs 
until it dies of natural death.  It is related to jobs, isn't it?

I would like to thank the people who have commented on my
original posting.  I'll wait a little longer, then summarize
the replies.
