	Position Description:

	   Develop Software at the HW/SW interface level.   

	Qualifications:

	 BSCS/BSEE degree or equivalent  with an interest/ability to 
	 develop systems software for controlling HW subsystems.
	 Knowledge of C highly desirable.
	 Experience NOT necessary. Good academic background and/or
