What I found absolutely fascinating about the letter (apparently) from
Dave Berry was his attitude.  "If I sell it to the paper, so I've already
got mine, and you steal it from them (i.e. post to the net without their
permission), that is fine with me.  But if you steal it directly from me,
I don't think that is fair."  

Those aren't the words he used, but that was the sentiment.  Ain't ethics
wonderful things?
