I do see children at work, and most of the time it does not bother me, although an infant crying all morning could break any concentration I had .... A couple of weeks ago, I brought my 3 1/2 year old son to work, due to his school was closed for some unknown holiday. We lasted 2 hours (barely) !!! I would never bring my son to work again, I ran around all day, and didn't get much accomplished. Although, all children are different, and the Parent should use their judgment in whether their child can handle being a good, quiet child for 8 hours (I don't know tooo many) .... In regards to Insurance reasons, I believe it is true !!! When I worked in a Manafacturing Building, no children are allowed, due to the hazardous equipment in the building. This may be the case for "New Mexico Tech" ??? A suggestion, request a Day Care close by to the job !!! Although beware, I've been trying for this for 3 1/2 years and they (company) are still thinking about it ??? Good Luck ....
