We need information regarding independent (private)
adoptions in New Jersey.  We are presently New York
residents thinking of moving to New Jersey.  Is it
relatively easier or more difficult to adopt in New
Jersey as compared to New York?  As New Jersey
residents would the state of New Jersey recognize an
independent adoption in New York initiated after
we moved to New Jersey?
