I am trying to send electronic mail to a person at University
College, London (UCL).  The particular machine is the
"STARLINK VAX" (.ZUVS?).  They are also apparently accessible via
the SERC network gateway at Rutherford Labs.  Please mail me any
information you might have.  We can access UUCP, CSNET, and ARPANET.
