I had minor allergy reactions for most of my life that centered mostly as a stuffed nose. However about 4 years ago on my path to wellness I overcame this problem and am now cured, without any treatment or drugs. If anyone is interested in a more medical reasoning for this let me suggest the book "Body, Mind and Sugar". I can't remember the author, and it was a borrowed book, but if you are interested I will try and dig up the name. The book is written by a medical doctor in 1951. He is 90% the same as any other medical researcher, he describes killing many animals, and gives references to many drug therapys. However he differs in that he prefers a diet approach rather then a medical approach when possible. His experiments are on hyper-insulinism, a very common problem not considered important in modern medicine. If any of you are serious about your allergy problems you might want to read this very interesting book. If you are interested in this kind of approach be prepared to give up sugar, caffeine and chocolate. I am cured, my parents and brothers still spray and sniff all the time. {allegra|ihnp4}!cbdkc1!tjs
