Harlan, I'm the person who posts the RCPM (Remote CP/M) lists to
net.micro.cpm.  It is updated monthly and is available to Arpanet
readers via FTP from SIMTEL20.

There is another list, called PAMS (Public Access [and] Message
Systems, maintained by Bill Blue.  This one lists all known systems,
not just RCPMs, and is also available via FTP.  It is updated 4-5
times a year.  If you don't have access to SIMTEL20 I'll be happy to
send you the latest list via netmail, and if you like I will add your
name to the mailing list to receive future releases.
