In trying to track down some info on DOS, I ran across a service from
MicroSoft called DIAL.  Apparently, this service is designed to answer
technical questions.

Does anyone have experience with this service. 

ie:

Is it worth it?

Are their replies prompt?

Are their replies correct?

Can they answer questions on DOS?

etc, etc.

I will post a summary to the net.
