This is especially true when downgrading to a lower release of ms-dos (pc-dos). The way around the problem is to change the attributes of the two hidden files ibmbio.com and ibmdos.com to non-hidden files and then erase them. Also don't forget that the sys command does not transfer command.com. The Norton Utilities can be used to change the attributes of files. Joe Wilkes
