Looks like another typo.  Someone created a newsgroup "net.all" with
no prior discussion.  I am reluctant to issue a rmgroup on it, as I
don't know whether something in the netnews software would key on such
a use of "all" and really rmgroup ALL.  Would someone with more
experience with the source make a pronouncement?  Thanks.
	And hey!, let's be real careful out there, ok?
