San Diego, Academic Computer Center Lines: 22 What does the net think about posting sailboat race results each week, say Monday or Tuesday? I would definitely be willing to post anything that comes my way in San Diego or Southern California [ area G for that matter], and also see if some schedule could be put on-line. The scope of the posting could be as varied and general as it could be specific, and might include things like comments from participants and such. An example might be last weekend's Yachting Cup, hosted by the SDYC. The first day brought winds of 15-18kt, and many boats saw number 3 jibs...etc. Most race results are calculated on a computer, and communication devices are rather common, so perhaps the race committees or newspapers would like to share the outcomes of important events. Just a thought ... Andrew T. Vare 5855 Ithaca pl. San Diego Ca. 92122
