MOTAS -- Member Of The Appropriate Sex (so as not to exclude gays).

Since it was my use of this OA (Obnoxious Acronym) that puzzled people,
I ask the people on the net to forgive me.  I was simply too tired
and lazy to think of a real word to use instead.
