Have any of you ballroom dancing types ever attended any of the balls during the "season" in Vienna? I saw it mentioned in an article in the National Geographic. I wonder what it would be like attending them today? When I was in Vienna in 1980 our group (a student group) got to go and W A T C H some people waltz in one of the many lovely ballrooms there. The room was just like the ones you see in the movies. Finally, we all got a chance to dance. It was fun; I felt like I was whirling into days gone by! Cathleen Hoche.
