Here's a couple of ideas - things which can help make you feel better about yourself: exercise - Any kind of regular exercise will do, like jogging, bike riding, or probably most any sport. I don't know why this combats depression, but it does. flowers - Sounds silly, but buy yourself some flowers once in a while.
