"Linus the Lionhearted" is correct!  Biggy Rat, and his 
unwashed henchman Itchy Brother (the King's brother)
hassled the King endlessly in the kingdom
of Bongo Kongo.  Linus' Prime Minister, by the way, was a skunk
by the name of Odey Colognee -- or something like that.
