[Tissue Comprssion Elimenator, ZAP! ZAP!!!!]

Peri is nice... But she has this accent that is driving my up the wall.
Does this exist? Am I just imagining this?
Has anyone figured out where the accent is from??
It sounds a little as if she is from New York or something... 
(No offense intended to anyone from New York)
