Oh, I think I finally figured it out.  Since Linda is out of
the running (she's dead, murdered by Zach before he bit the
big one), the next best person is...

MARION COLBY!!!

Opportunity: Who knows?  But it's possible.

Motive: Zach used to be her gigolo.  He probably started to blackmail
her again recently since she is engaged to a very rich man.  Probably
Zach had pictures or something to use on her.  

Reasoning:  Marion is leaving Pine Valley anyway.  She is expendable
since Liza is no longer around and they don't need her.  

Guesses:  I think Tad will figure out that Marion had a motive and
opportunity.  He'll somehow be involved in proving it to the police.
Bob Georgia will then realize what a great guy Tad is and will
annul his (unconsumated) marriage to Hilary so she'll be free
to marry Tad.

The only other person I can think of to be the murderer is Adam,
but I'm not convinced they'd get rid of him. Besides, they're
turning him into a nice guy.
