First of all, I would like to send my thanx to people who replied to my last query. I've got the problem again and I would like to ask your helps. So here goes. I am developing the transport protocol on VAX750/4.2BSD. So I put my stuffs to kernel routines associated with a socket(sendit, recvit, sosend, & soreceive). And I hacked some programs for this protocol. When I tested new kernel, protocol worked very well. The painful result happened in a while. The system crashed as soon as I tried to compile C program(I haven't tried other languages). But this happened only if I tried it in a user mode. In super user mode, there is no problem. The error message was "panic: KSP not valid". How could I get the clue to solve this problem? Thanx in advance. D. Lee Computing Lab.
